Introductory Meeting
The objective of this meeting is to introduce Kyso Financial and give us an opportunity to get to know you.

We introduce you to Kyso Financial as a company and our investment process.

We would like to get to know you, your current situation, why you are looking at making a change and your goals for the future.

The portfolio selection process is important and we would like to help you understand all the options. We will introduce you to our current portfolio options and what might be the best fit for your current needs.

We will next discuss who we work with and the process of setting up your account if you choose we are a good fit for your needs.
Discovery Meeting
The objective of this meeting is to acquire a more detailed picture of the client and what portfolios may be a good fit for the specific client’s personality. We will go over the client’s past, present and future goals to help determine which option will be the best fit for the client’s specific situation. Each portfolio path has positives and negatives which need to be discussed to determine the correct option. In the end we can only offer a recommendation and it will ultimately be the decision of the client which path to pursue if any at all.
Portfolio Setup
This is the step in which we begin the setting up of the new portfolio. This starts out by sending a simple invite to the new client. They will click the link to begin the setup of the new portfolio. We can offer any assistance though ultimately it will be the responsibility of the client to complete the setup process.
